You can automatically register the TV channels which can be
received well at your residence in the TV?s Programme num-
bers (PR) by performing the following.
1Press the buttons to choose AUTO
PROGRAM.
2Press the OK button to start the AUTO
To display the INSTALL menu:
PROGRAM function.
1Press the OK button to display MENUThe AUTO PROGRAM menu appears and received TV
(main menu).channels are automatically registered in the Programme
numbers (PR).
2Press the button to choose the IN-
STALL menu. Then press the OK button.

You can choose the language you want to use for the on-
screen display from the language list in a menu.
1Press the buttons to choose LAN-
GUAGE. Then press the OK button.
To cancel the AUTO PROGRAM function:
A sub-menu of the LANGUAGE function appears.
Press the TV/VIDEO button.
3After the TV channels have been regis-
tered in the Programme numbers (PR), the
EDIT menu appears.
You can proceed to edit the Programme numbers (PR)
using the EDIT/MANUAL function. For details, see ?ED-
IT/MANUAL? on page 24.
When not using the EDIT/MANUAL function:
If you do not need to use the EDIT/MANUAL function, go
to the next step.
2Press the buttons to choose a lan-
guage.Note:
