Conformity with European standards
The charging station is CE certified, and complies with the standards currently
applicable to the operation of equipment of this type. This means that the safety
provisions of the Low-voltage Directive 73/23/EEC have been observed.
Guarantee conditions
This unit has been manufactured and tested with great care. We provide a
12 (twelve) month guarantee starting from the date of purchase as evidenced by the
proof of purchase. The 12 month guarantee is valid for Germany, Italy, Switzerland,
Spain, Luxembourg, Belgium and the Netherlands.
Within the guarantee period, any defects arising from material or manufacturing
errors will be rectified free of charge by authorised customer service centres. In
responding to complaints, we will repair or replace the defective components or
exchange the unit at our discretion.
Claims under the guarantee will be invalidated if the purchaser or a third party
attempts to repair the defect. The guarantee does not cover damage due to improper
use or wear and tear.
The guarantee does not cover consumables or defects that have an insignificant
impact on the value or functionality of the unit.
You may register claims under the guarantee directly with Loewe authorised cus-
tomer service centres.
Cleaning
The charging station is best cleaned using a damp cloth, using a special plastic
cleaning agent if necessary.
You should never use cleaning agents containing scourers, alcohol, spirits or solvents
(e.g. turpentine). They might attack the case and damage the printing.
