REMOVAL OF MAJOR PARTS
Disassemble method for each par(Refer to CABINET Pt ARTS LOCATION (p.130-131))
1. Disassemble method for the bottom back cover
? Be sure to disconnect the power plug.
1-1. Remove sixteen scre^ from the bottom bacws k co9. ver
1-2. Be careful of the power plug to remove the back cover.
2. Disassemble method for the front panel
? Be careful not to damage the front panel.
2-1. Remove the screws on the speaker grill and take it down.
3. Disassemble method for the speakers
3-1. Remove four screws used for the speakers fixing.
3-2. Remove the speakers wanted and the connected wire from the back of the speaker.
3-3. Take the speakers down.
4. Removal of PWB
4-1. Remove the screws fixed PWB and the holder.
4-2. Separate all of the connected wires from the fixed lead clampers.
4-3. Drag the main chassis PWB backwards slowly.
4-4. Set it up when dragging the main chassis PWB outwards.
4-5. Be sure that all of the ready connected wires can be checked when ON-OFF switch is on.
1) In order to set the PWB up easily, if necessary, some concerned connected wires are allowed to
disconnect temporarily, then revive their connection.
2) The stability would be not good when the PWB is set up. Be careful not to let it down.
3) Before the power is on, make sure that each connected wire are ready ,and prevent the PWB from the
outside objects so as to avoid the short circuit.
