Changing the opening direction of
the door
(Only for model 5303 E)

appliance door, it is advisable to also change
the opening direction of the freezer
compartment door. To do this, proceed as
follows:

Unscrew the two fixing screws to remove the
lower hinge from the door (Fig. 15).

Remove the freezer compartment door and the
upper hinge. Once the freezer door has been
removed, remove the screws from the catch
and refit it on the opposite side (Fig. 16).

Refit the upper hinge and the door on the
opposite side, then refit the lower hinge (Fig.
17).
When changing the opening direction of the
door, make sure that the hinges fit properly
against the surface on which the door seal
rests.
Electrical connection
Before plugging in, ensure that the voltage and frequency shown on the serial number plate
correspond to your domestic power supply. Voltage can vary by ?6% of the rated voltage. For
operation with different voltages, a suitably sized auto-transformer must be used.
