Speaker Configuration (Speaker Setting)
It is important to perform speaker configuration prior to using4Press the ADJUST buttons to change the Speaker Size
the unit.setting.
To enjoy multi-channel surround sound, such as 5.1, you need 5
speakers (Front Left, Center, Front Right, Surround Right,
Surround Left) and a powered sub-woofer.
Speaker Size and Subwoofer Setting
Each time the ADJUST button is pressed, the setting is1
changed as follows:

The Speaker Size setting is memorized.
Be sure to press the MEMORY button, or the changes will be
cancelled.
One of the speaker settings such as OFL-CL-SL� appears on
the display, and O-� starts blinking.
< When the surround mode is set to STEREO, only the
subwoofer setting is available. Select any other surround
mode using the DSP MODE button, and then press the
SPEAKER MODE button.
