Important:
xWrapandsealfoodinaluminiumfoil,clingfilm,airîand
watertight plastic bags, polyethylene containers with lids,
containers suitable for freezers.
When buying frozen food, make sure that:
xWrapperorpackageisintactasthefoodmaydeteriorate.Ifit
bulges or has spots of moisture on it, it means that it has not
been stored in adequate conditions and that the contents
may have started to thaw.
xAlwaysusethermalbagsorcoldboxesfortransport.
xFrozenfoodshouldalwaysbepurchasedlast.
xWhenathome,immediatelystoreitinthefreezer.
xAnyfood,evenifpartiallythawed,cannotbereîfrozenbut
must be eatenwithin24hours.
xAnyriseintemperatureoffrozenfoodshouldbeavoidedor
kept as short as possible. Frozen food should not be kept
beyond thedateindicated on thepackage.
xAlwaysfollowtheinstructionsonhowtostorefrozenfood
writtenonthe packaging.
Making ice cubes
xFilltheicecubetrays�9O3/4fullofwaterandplacethemon
the bottom of the freezer compartment.
xUsethehandleofaspoontofreetheicecubetraysifthey
are stuck.
Do not use sharp or pointed tools.
