DISASSEMBLY
3.1 DISASSEMBLY PROCEDURE
3.1.1 REMOVING THE REAR COVER3.1.4 CHECKING THE MAIN PWB
(1) Unplug the power plug.To check the PW Board from back side.
(2) Remove the 7 screws [A] as shown in the Fig.1.(1) Pull out the MAIN PWB (refer to REMOVING THE MAIN
(3) Remove the 4 screws [B] as shown in the Fig.1.PWB ).
(4) Withdraw the REAR COVER toward you.(2) Erect the MAIN PWB vertically with the HVT side facing
up so that you can easily check the back side of the MAIN
3.1.2 REMOVING THE MAIN PWBPWB.
? Remove the REAR COVER.CAUTION :
(1) Raise the backside of the MAIN PWB, and remove the? When erecting the MAIN PWB, be careful so that there will
PWB STOPPER [C] from the cabinet.be no contacting with other PW Board.
(2) Withdraw the MAIN PWB backward. (If necessary, remove? Before turning on power, make sure that the wire connector
the wire clamp, connectors etc.)is properly connected.
? When conducting a check with power supplied, be sure
3.1.3 REMOVING THE SPEAKERto confirm that the CRT EARTH WIRE (BRAIDED ASS'Y)
? Remove the REAR COVER.is connected to the CRT SOCKET PWB.
(1) Remove the 2 screws [D], then remove the SPEAKER with
SPEAKER HOLDER.3.1.5 WIRE CLAMPING AND CABLE TYING
(2) Remove the 4 screws [E], then remove the SPEAKER from(1) Be sure to clamp the wire.
the SPEAKER HOLDER.(2) Never remove the cable tie used for tying the wires together.
(3) Follow the same steps when remove the other handShould it be inadvertently removed, be sure to tie the wires
SPEAKER.with a new cable tie.
