� Undo 3 screws (Pos. 207, Fig. 10).� Press the end of the brake band (Pos. 1) carefully in the direction of

� Push the loading motor assembly in the direction of the reel and0.4mm part number 75988 047 0900

� Loosen clamp B (Fig. 16) and take out the loading motor together
with the worm wheel.

Note:
Before replacing the motor, pull off the driver (Pos. 47) and fit it to the
shaft of the new motor at a distance of 10.1mm ?0.1mm (Fig. 15).
When applying grease to the gearwheels and shafts marked in Fig. 14,

the motor shaft must not come into contact with grease.

3.7Pinch Roller
� Dismantle the cassette compartment (point 3.1).
� Press the securing bars C apart to detach them (Fig. 16) and
remove the holder (Pos. 22) together with the earth spring (Pos. 32).
� Remove the pinch roller unit.
� Unhook the spring (Pos. 31, Fig. 17), turn the plastic lever
(Pos. 18, Fig. 16) in the direction of the arrow and remove it.
Note on reassembling:
Insert the pinch roller unit so that the cutout of the plastic lever
(Pos. 18) engages with the guide of the pinch roller cam wheel
(Pos. 41) (Fig. 16).
