LNB CONFIGURATIONS___________________________________________________________
LNB configuration 3
Connection of two single universal LNBs for receiving all services of two
satellites.
With the LNC configuration 3 setting, a toneburst (Mini-DiSEqC) signal is
emitted.
Switching between the two satellites is effected via a toneburst (Mini-DiSEqC)
switch, the switching between the low and high frequency range (low band and
high band) is effected via the 22 kHz switching signal.
Example (for the satellites Astra 19.2! East and EutelSat 13! East):
Low A = 09750 MHz, oscillator frequency for the low frequency range of
satellite A (Astra).
High A = 10600 MHz, oscillator frequency for the high frequency range of
satellite A (Astra).
Low B = 09750 MHz, oscillator frequency for the low frequency range of
Satellite A Satellite B
satellite B (EutelSat).
Toneburst-switchHigh B = 10600 MHz, oscillator frequency for the high frequency range of
satellite B (EutelSat).
The figure shows the connection of two single universal LNBS via a toneburst
to satellite receiver
switch (e.g. Grundig SWITCH UNI2).
