Talk about a lifesaver!!!!!!!!!!!! This schematic will also work for the Radio Shack DX-392. This is the full blown service manual complete with alignment instructions, schematics, and parts lists.

Before starting the wall installation, be sure to remove the front panel
and filter frame.

Install the unit on the wall.

Panel and Filter Frame.

Adjust the length of the power cord.

1Measure the distance between the unit and the wall outlet.
(Refer to E-6)
2Place the unit face down, and insert the
power cord into the power cord adjust-
ing guide so as to adjust it to the meas-
ured length.

Do not wire the
power cord right
below the wall
mounting bracket.
In case the power plug to be lead
to the right of the unit.
In case the power plug to
be lead to the left of the
Power cord adjusting guideunit.
Cautions
YTo avoid scratching or damaging the unit, place it on a soft piece of cloth
until it is installed on the wall.
YDo not lead the power cord together with other cord and do not twist it.
YNever modify the power cord.
YTake care not to damage the power cord.
