I downloaded this product and looked through it quickly with Adobe Reader v9. It is clean and a good copy. Some scanned pages are not perfectly square, but that is a minor complaint. The document schematics and board diagrams are easy to read, of good contrast. The whole file downloaded quickly. This is a good service! Sony charges about $100 for the printed version of the same manual. It is still available through their print-on-demand pro parts system, but why would you do that?

This manual is for both the EU and Australian version of the CCD-TR55(E) Camcorder, as stated it includes both the users manual and the service manual. The quality of the manual is very good but it is only black and white (not full colour) and ultimately it is just a scan, so 4/5 from me.

OK and repair them.
Check pin 6 of I801 have
same pulse or not.
Check peripheral components

OK of I801 and repair them.
Check pin 1 of T802 have
same pulse or not.
Check Q803, R813, R814, D806
NG
OK, R812 and repair them.
Check peak voltage of R811 triangle
pulse is up to 1 volt or not.
NGCheck D804, R807 and
OKrepair them.
Check D809, D810, C816, C821, T802
have same short circuit, or the output
+5V, +15V is over load.

Repair them.

Check feedback circuit around I802,
I803 and the other components
