Dubbing Images Stored In The Built-in
Memory To A Tape
Images can be dubbed from the camcorderOs built-in
memory to a tape.
Load a cassette (
pg. 10).

To locate the point where you wish to dub a still
2image, play back the tape. Stop playback at the
desired point.
Power Switch
Set the VIDEO/DSC Switch to O�, then set the

3Power Switch to O� while pressing down the
OFF
PLAYLock Button located on the switch.
RecordingTo select a still image to be dubbed, perform Index

Start/Stop Button4Playback (
pg. 35) or press 2 or 3 to select the
Lock Buttonimage you wish.
To engage Dub-Standby, press the Recording Start/
5Stop Button. The message OTO COPY TO TAPE PUSH
Rewind Button (2)START/STOP� appears.
Fast-Forward
While the message is being displayed, press the
Button (3)
6Recording Start/Stop Button. The selected still image
is recorded on the tape for approx. 5 seconds.
YThe indicator disappears when dubbing is
complete.
NOTE:
If the Recording Start/Stop Button is pressed in step 5 when
the tapeOs erase protection tab is set to OSAVE�, the
message OCOPYING FAILED� is displayed.
