USING JLIP PLAYER SOFTWARE DATA
The GV-DS1 Video Capture Docking Station can capture JLIP Player software data at an edit-in
point corresponding to a preset counter number.
Preparation
YMake sure all units are properly connected
(Z p. 12).
YInsert the tape program edited with the
Player Software into the video source unit.
YIf the data is stored on a floppy disk, load
disk into the floppy disk drive.
FileOpen the menu bar and click "File" N
1"Open JLIP (jlp) File".
New Album
Open Album
YThe "Open JLIP (jlp) File" window is
Save Album
Ctrl+Sdisplayed.
Open JLIP (jlp) File
Save As JLIP (jlp) File
Double-click the name of the desired
2folder (directory) in the Select Directory
Save Image As�Ctrl+A
box.
Exit
YIf the data is stored on a floppy disk,
enter the drive name.
Click on the file name to select it.

Click "OK".

YThe computer monitor displays Scene
No., counter number at Edit-in Point,
and a blank image box.
Open the menu bar and click "Set-up" N
5"Capture Mode" N "Automatic".
Select the data you want to transfer and
6"Program Capture" and click "OK".
Click the "TRANSFER" button.

YThe image data scanned by the video
source unit is automatically transferred
