C6Switch the appliance on by pressing the button.
The pilot light comes on.
The appliance automatically switches itself off after brewing.
Do not remove the cups while the appliance is brewing!
You can switch the appliance off while it is brewing by removing the
mains plug from the wall socket.
7After the pilot light has gone out, wait until no more coffee drips
from the filter before you remove the cup(s).
NB: the appliance does not keep the coffee hot!
The �drip stopO prevents coffee from dripping onto the drip tray after
brewing. If you are using the permanent filter, this drip-stop facility may
cause some water to remain behind in the filter holder.This does not
mean that the filter holder is clogged.
C8Remove the filter.
If you have used a paper filter, throw it away.
C9If you have used the permanent filter, simply empty it, rinse it and
use it again.
Allow the appliance to cool down for at least 4 minutes before you
start brewing again .
Cleaning
1Unplug the appliance.
2Clean the appliance with a moist cloth.
Never immerse the appliance in water!
3Clean the separate parts (filter, filter holder, drip tray) in hot soapy
water or in the dishwasher. |
