Installation
1Water and moisture ? Do notuse thisunitnear water,such

4Ventilation? The unitshould be situatedwith adequate
space around itso that proper heat ventilationisassured.
Allow 10 cm (4in.)clearancefrom the rearand the top ofthe
unit,and 5 cm (2 in.)from each side.
- Do not place the uniton a bed, rug,or similarsurfacethat
may blockthe ventilationopenings.
- Do not installthe unitin a bookcase, cabinet,or airtight
rack where ventilationmay be impeded.
5Objects and liquidentry ? Take care thatobjectsor liquids
do not get insidethe unitthrough the ventilationopenings.
6Carts and stands ? When placed or
mounted on a stand or cart,the unit
should be moved withcare.

ElectricPower
1Power sources ? Connect thisunitonly to power sources
specifiedin the Operating Instructions,and as marked on
the unit.
2Polarization? As a safetyfeature,some unitsare equipped
with polarizedAC power plugs which can only be inserted
one way intoa power outlet.Ifitisdifficultor impossibleto
insertthe AC power plug intoan outlet,turnthe plug over
and tryagain. Ifitisnot stillinsertedeasilyintothe outlet,
please calla qualifiedservicetechniciantoserviceor replace
the outlet. To avoid defeating the safety feature of the
polarizedplug,do not forceitintoa power outlet.
3AC power cord
-When disconnectingthe AC power cord,pullitout by the
AC power plug. Do not pullthe cord itself.
- Never handle the AC power plug with wet hands, as this
could resultinfireor shock.
- Power cords should be firmlysecured to avoid being
severely bent, pinched, or walked upon. Pay particular
attentiontothe cord from the unittothe power socket.
-Avoid overloading AC power plugs and extension cords
beyond theircapacity,as thiscould resultinfireor shock.
