PDF contains : - schematics, but a little un-sharp. - disassembly instructions, accurate drawings - description of test-modes

This manual is for both the EU and Australian version of the CCD-TR55(E) Camcorder, as stated it includes both the users manual and the service manual. The quality of the manual is very good but it is only black and white (not full colour) and ultimately it is just a scan, so 4/5 from me.

CHUCK PLATE JIG ON REPAIRINGPRECAUTION TO REPLACE OPTICAL BLOCK
(KSM-213RDM)
On repairing CD section, playing a disc without the lid (CD), use
Chuck Plate Jig.Body or clothes electrostatic potential could ruin laser diode
Y Code number of Chuck Plate Jig: X-4918-255-1in the optical block. Be sure ground body and workbench,
and use care the clothes do not touch the diode.
1) After the connection, remove solder shown in the right figure.
