� Unhook the pinch roller spring (Pos. 7010C) and remove the pinch
roller lever (Pos. 7010A, Fig. 8.29).
� Disengage the clamp R of the cassette lid opener (Pos. 70400) and
remove the pinch roller control lever (Pos. 7010B, Fig. 8.29).
� Undo the screw (Pos. 70410), disengage the two clamps S and
remove the cassette lid opener (Pos. 70400, Fig. 8.29).
� Pull off the pinch roller cam gear (Pos. 70300, Fig. 8.29).
� Remove the retaining washer (Pos. 50710), remove the load lever
70600
(Pos. 50700) and the load lever spring (Pos. 50800, Fig. 8.29).
Relay gear,
� Slide the pinch roller rack gear (Pos. 70200) fully backwards and
pinch roller
remove it (Fig. 8.29).
Note: Insert one end of the load lever spring (Pos. 50800) into holeAlign the position
T of the mechanism chassis and hook the other end to theof the mark
load lever (Pos. 50700) as shown in Fig. 8.30. Position the
cam gear of the pinch roller (Pos. 70300) and the relay gearFig. 8.31
of the pinch roller (Pos. 70600) as shown in Fig. 8.31.

system
� Always use the grease with part number 75988 061 7800 for lubri-
cating the mechanical parts of the threading roller units and follow
the lubrication instructions given in Fig. 8.32 � Fig. 8.35
