(4) Remove Front Frame Screw(o)
Attached Stand with 4screws(a), then stand it
vertically. Remove 4 screws(p) and remove
Front Frame.
Be careful, before remove Front Frame,
PSC1(PH-5P),PSC2(PH-P),PSC3(PH-4P)
connectors are not trapped by Main Frame. Screw(qP )

And be careful not to fall down the Front
Frame when remove 4screws(p).

(5) Remove Front Filter (Glass)
Remove ESC1,ESC2 and ESC3, cables from
Screw(q)Filter hold MetalScrew(q)
wire clips.
Remove 18 screws(q), and remove Filter hold
Metal and Front Filter.
When attach the new Front Filter, remove
protection film on a side(yellow tag is
marked).Then attach to the Front Frame,

locating the conducting electrode side to the Screw(q)
inside, and attach Filter hold Metal.

(6) Remove Fan

Lay down the Plasma display again on the soft ç
cushion.
Be careful not to be damaged the face of
Plasma Panel Module. MFAN3,7,4
Fan hold MetalJ106 connector
Then remove 4screws(a) and remove the
Stand.
Disconnect EFANA connector from MFAN6
then release it from plastic cramp.
Remove 2screws(o), and J106(EH-6P)
connector, Remove Fan hold Metal.
For MFAN6, remove 2screws(w) then remove
attached plastic duct.
For MFAN3,7,4, remove 2plastic rivets(r) and �4�
disconnect PAFN* connectors. ç
