"Hardware Removal" resultsMaking sure the ACCESS/PC indicator on the DVD video camera/recorder goes

If your PC uses Windows 2000 Professional, the problem may be solved it you
install Windows 2000 Service Pack 3 or later.

Recognition of disc does notIs the disc properly attached to the turntable?

the turntable and the disc insertion block has been securely closed, the DVD
video camera/recorder may be faulty: Refer to ?4-6 Trouble Diagnosis?.
Power does not come on, orRemove the battery or AC adapter/charger, reattach it, and then check to see

No scene can be deleted.Is the cursor placed on scene to be deleted?
Even if desired scenes are selected using yellow cursor, if there are the selected
scenes (in red frame), those scenes in red frame will be deleted. Check the color
of cursor and bar graph on the thumbnail display screen.
