REPLACEMENT OF MAIN PARTS

Caution for handling the PWB
Be sure to connect each harness to the matching
color indicated on the PWB.
(Lock them until you hear the click.)
When handling the PWB, be sure to put on the earth
band to protect it from the static electricity.
(Especially when handling the LSI (microcomputer),
EEPROM, and 2-color LED of blue and green, that
are vulnerable to the static electricity.)
Never place the PWB on the mat such as polystyrene
foam, mirror mat, etc., which may discharge static
electricity.

Preparation for disassembling(CN-A)(CN-F)
Be sure to pull out the plug from the outlet. Remove the
front panel and the filter from the main unit.
(3) Remove the fixing screw (1 pc.) of the AC cord
angle and take out the angle from the cord
1. Removing the back panel
(1) Remove the fixing screws (9 pcs.) and pull out theAC CORD ANGLE
back panel forward.
Do not pull out the back panel forcedly as the
harness of the switch PWB is connected to it.
FERRITE CORE
(4) Take out the ferrite core from AC cord ass'y, pull
out the AC cord ass'y from the hole of the back
panel.
