the fan motor (upper).four nuts. Next, remove the fan motor and replace it
with a new one.

Y Connect the lead wires of a new fan motor with - 15V
and GND terminals on the switching regulator.
4) Install the switching regulator in the reverse order of
steps 1) and 2).
