Contains mechanism diagrams, parts lists and schematics for all worldwide versions of DC-X88Z. Also includes remote schematic etc. A few non-essential pages are missing such as specifications. Includes the mechanical and electronic calibration instructions for the tape decks.

This manual is for both the EU and Australian version of the CCD-TR55(E) Camcorder, as stated it includes both the users manual and the service manual. The quality of the manual is very good but it is only black and white (not full colour) and ultimately it is just a scan, so 4/5 from me.

2. Remove a screw fixing the SDDI interface board (into

2. Disconnect the 20-pin IDC connector from CN1SDDI interface board
connector on the Link I/F TRAM board (IF-630).

Link I/F TRAM board (IF-630) is one of the daughter-
board installing on SLOT 1 of the TRAM mother-
board.
3. Remove a screw fixing the IDC connectors (into the
third lowest slot), and pull out the IDC connectors
(assembly).
