This screen will be used mainly for layer jump control.
Confirm the sector information (SI) so as not to mistake layer jump
direction of DVD_DL.
The layer is 0 when SI is even number, or layer is 1 when odd
number.
Wrong jump direction causes OPT failure.
0. AGC: Turn on/off focus error auto gain control on pull-in
level.
1. Pause: Pause is made by executing track jump once per
revolution.
