WORM GEAR ASSEMBLYMECHANISM

1. Be careful to keep the surface of the pinch rollerf ree of

1. Apply grease (VHJ-0010) to the teeth of the worm gear
assembly.
2. Check that the clamps 3 and 6 are securing the
loading motor assembly.4 Pinch roller lever3 Spring
3. Check the polarity of the lead wires 2 (the orange wire assembly
is the positive terminal, and the gray wire is the nega-
tive terminal). After soldering the lead wires 2, adjust
them so that they do not touch the friction gear assem-
bly.
