ADJUSTMENT METHODPROCESS (Adjust single color by shielding jig. Rough adjust the electrical focus, lens focus and after centering1. Set the cancel point for 2 pole , 4 pole and 6 pole magnets. 2. Receive the Dot Pattern of signal generator. (white dot, black back) 3. Rotate Green focus VR for a low focus. (counter clockwise) 4. Adjust 2 pole magnets, if necessary, so that the dot is in the center of the flare. 5. Adjust the Green focus. 6. Receive RETOMA pattern, and readjust centering magnet. 7. Receive the RETOMA pattern, and check the centering. 6. Repeat 2~5,if necessary, readjust 4 pole magnets and centering magnet. 7. Repeat 2 pole and 4 pole adjustment for red and blue. 8. Fix the magnets by adhesive.NOTE) Check and Readjust the 4 pole magnets, when adjusted the centering magnets.
