Ifsquealing or beating sounds occur when recording an AM
RADIObroadcast, press the TUNERMODE/OSCbutton, so as to
eliminatethe noise.
Each time the button ispressed, the indicatoron the displayis
turned on and off.

the source to be recorded.
To recordfrom the CD,presstheCDbuttonandloadthe
disc.
Iftwo or three CDs are loaded, startplay of the CD to be
recorded and stop playso thatthisCD isselected.
To recordfrom the radio,presstheTUNER/BANDbutton
and tune into a station.
3 Press thel button to startrecording.
The - button ispressed simultaneously.
When theselectedsource isCD, playback and recordingstart
simultaneously.
When the tape reaches itsend, recordingstops.
When the selected source isCD, the CD enters the playback
pause mode.
Tostoprecording,press the ?/~buttonforthe deck 1.
To pause recording,presstheIIbuttonforthedeck1.To
resume recording,press again.
