REVERSING THE DOOR OPENINGINSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Your dryer is supplied with a reversible door. To change the direction of opening proceed as follows for your type of door.
Dryers fitted with hinge cover:-Dryers fitted without hinge cover:-
Open the door. Undo screw (A)
remove switch strike (B) andPull the hinge cover (F)Open the door. Undo screw (A) remove
replace screw. Remove screwsforwards to remove it. Removeswitch strike (B) and replace screw.
(C) and latch plate (D). Removetwo outer screws (G). RemoveRemove screws (C) and latch plate (D).Remove hinge screws (F)
hinge cover screw (E). Closedoor. Fit latch plate (D) withRemove hinge block screws (E).and hinge (G) and refit to
the door.screws (C).Remove door from hinge blocks.opposite side as shown.
Reverse door and fit to dryer inFit screw (E) to secure hinge
closed position. Refit screwscover. Remove screw (H) at topRefit latch plate (D) with screws (C). Remove screw (H) at top of door
(G) and hinge cover (F). Openof door and refit switch strikeand refit switch strike (B) as shown. Fit door to hinge blocks and
the door.(B) as shown.secure with screws (E).
Large Door Opening:-
First remove the child safety peg from the top of the door by rotating 90° anticlockwise. Now unscrew the door hinges from
the machine by removing the 4 screws. Do not use a power screwdriver as this may damage the threads. Remove the four
IMPORTANT:
screws from the opposite side of the door opening. Place these screws in the other side of the door opening.
