a) Locate and screw the side cheeks in position (L. hand side has the cut-out for the Oxy/pilot location)
b) Place the coal support shelf on the stainless steel channel, (the machined groove on the underside of the shelf is located
on the rear flange of the channel), two additional location dowels are fitted to prevent the shelf being incorrectly placed.
c) Place the two Tee shaped burner inserts in channel between the two burner flame ports, (check that a minimum gap of
approx. 6mm is maintained between the rear of the burner insert and the front edge of the coal support shelf).
d) Position the front simulated coal on the shelf provided above the control facia panel.
Arrange the coals as shown above, e.g. five coals in pack B on the front row with the back edges supported on the burner
inserts and bridging across to the front simulated coal moulding. The four larger coals in pack A (which are marked with an A
on the under side) are laid behind the front row as shown.
