S Loosen and remove the chain brake nuts
Mount the bar
and the chain brake from the saw.
S Attach the bumper spike (optional) with the
two screws as illustrated.S Prepare the chain by checking the properdi-
rection. Without following the illustration it is
easytoplace thechainonthe saw inthe
wrong direction. Use the illustration of the
chain to determine the proper direction.
