Talk about a lifesaver!!!!!!!!!!!! This schematic will also work for the Radio Shack DX-392. This is the full blown service manual complete with alignment instructions, schematics, and parts lists.

I downloaded this product and looked through it quickly with Adobe Reader v9. It is clean and a good copy. Some scanned pages are not perfectly square, but that is a minor complaint. The document schematics and board diagrams are easy to read, of good contrast. The whole file downloaded quickly. This is a good service! Sony charges about $100 for the printed version of the same manual. It is still available through their print-on-demand pro parts system, but why would you do that?

Just got this Manual downloaded... Scan is PERFECT! This is EXACTLY what I needed. However, please update your site info to state that it may take more than \"a few hours\" to have the download available after payment - - - I had to wait 4 days, in my case. Function Buttons
All the buttons are available on the front panel as shown below.
ButtonFunctionality
This key is used to confirm choices. ?
In the Program Guide, it selects programs to be recorded or reserved.?
Pauses live video or recordings.?
?In the Main Menu or Program Guide they shift highlight up/down.
?They are used to navigate in the menu or pop-ups. In the Program Guide, they change
the day.
?During recording, playback or in the Time shift, they rewind the recording forward or
backward.
The power button switches your receiver between stand-by and the operating mode.
Press this key to display the currently selected channel/recording list as well as switch be-
tween the radio, recordings and TV.
This key starts recording if you are watching a program. otherwise, it stops playback.
Displays/leaves the menu system.
