Contains mechanism diagrams, parts lists and schematics for all worldwide versions of DC-X88Z. Also includes remote schematic etc. A few non-essential pages are missing such as specifications. Includes the mechanical and electronic calibration instructions for the tape decks.

Tray LockConvenient functions
You can lock the disc tray to prevent the disc from
Sleep Timerbeing ejected.
When the time you specify elapses, the system will EnglishSetting
be turned off by itself.
Press SLEEP.While the system is turned off, press 0 (Open/
Close) with 7 (Stop) on the main unit held.
Each time you press the button, the time indicated ?LOCKED? appears on the display window on the

Carry out the same operations as those for setting.
Reselect the time by pressing SLEEP repeatedly.
?UNLOCKED? appears on the display window on
the main unit.
Confirming the time
Press SLEEP once while Sleep Timer is set.
Releasing
Press SLEEP repeatedly until ?SLEEP OFF?
appears.
NOTE
Sleep Timer will also be released when the power is
turned off.
