Basic ConnectionsTape Dubbing
CONFIRM POWER-OFF STATUSCONNECT EQUIPMENT
1Make sure the camcorderOs power is off.1Following the illustration on pg. 38, connect the
camcorder and the VCR.

Pull out the connector cover and open it.Set the camcorderOs Power Switch to OPLAY�,

FIND EDIT-IN POINT
SUPPLY POWER4Engage the camcorderOs Play mode to find a spot
4Turn on the camcorder, the VCR and the TV.just before the edit-in point. Once it is reached,
press PLAY/PAUSE (4/6) on the camcorder.
SELECT MODE
5Set the VCR to its AUX input mode, and set theSTART EDITING
TV to its VIDEO mode.5Press PLAY/PAUSE (4/6) on the camcorder and
engage the VCROs Record mode.
NOTES:
cIt is recommended to use the AC Power Adapter/STOP EDITING TEMPORARILY
Charger as the power supply instead of the battery6Engage the VCROs Record-Pause mode and press
pack (Z pg. 5).PLAY/PAUSE (4/6) on the camcorder.
PLAYBACKcTo monitor the picture and sound from the
