Sending (DUMP) and loading (LOAD) edit data to an external component

OSome of the data is converted in this format so that it cannot be completely restored even when dumped data
is loaded again.
Event number:Deleted event numbers are packed and sent.
During receiving, event numbers are ignored, and up to 200 events are received in
sequence from the first event.
Reel number:All reel numbers are received as O0001.�
Editing mode:Assemble-edited data is converted into insert-edited data (V, A1, A2, A3, A4) and
output.
Effect type:Only cut-edited events are received.
Slow-motion editing: Only events with 0a (STILL) speed data are received with slow-motion editing.
Split editing:All split-edited data is received as audio split-edited data (with the recorder serving as
the reference).
