Talk about a lifesaver!!!!!!!!!!!! This schematic will also work for the Radio Shack DX-392. This is the full blown service manual complete with alignment instructions, schematics, and parts lists.

Contains mechanism diagrams, parts lists and schematics for all worldwide versions of DC-X88Z. Also includes remote schematic etc. A few non-essential pages are missing such as specifications. Includes the mechanical and electronic calibration instructions for the tape decks.

Using the OSD menus
Movie Rating
The movie rating provides a list of
all the movie (MPAA) ratings. The Main Menu
locked ratings are indicated by the Movie Rating
English icon. Press the arrow keys to
select and the OK key to activate or
de-activate the appropriate movie GPGPG-13RNC-17XNR
Back
ratings. For instance, if you want to
view programs that have only G,
PG, and PG-13 ratings, activate the
parental lock for all other movie rat-
ings. The following table provides
more information about the movie
ratings.
Movie RatingSuitable for
GGeneral audience. No restriction.
PGParental guidance.
PG-13Children under 13 should be accompanied by
an adult.
RRestricted. Viewers should be 17 or older.
NC-17Not classified. Viewers should be 17 or older.
