CD PLAYER
PLAYING A CD
1.Press POWERto on position.
2.Press CD source button. POWER
� The CD indicator lights up.AZ2765 CD RADIO CASSETTE RECORDE
3.To open the CD door, press OPENon the CD door.DBBEnglish
4.Insert a CD with the printed side facing up and press the CDSHUFFLE
CDTUNER
door gently to close.
5.Press PLAY/PAUSE2;on the set to start playback.

6.Adjust the sound using VOLUMEand DBB.
7.To interrupt playback press PLAY/PAUSE2;. To resume,CDTUNERSHUFFLE

press PLAY/PAUSE 2; again.REPEATSTOP
SEARCHPLAY/PAUSE
8.To stop CD play, press STOP9.
9.Press POWERto off position to switch off the set.

Note: CD playback will also stop when:
� you press the CD door open;
�TUNER or TAPE source is pressed;
� the CD has reached to the end.
Selecting a different track
During playback, you can use SEARCH keys to select a particular
CDSHUFFLE

� If you have selected a track number in the stop or pauseSEARCHPLAY/PAUSE
position, press PLAY/PAUSE2; to start playback.
Y Press SEARCH a once briefly for the next track, or pressDIGITAL TUNER

repeatedly until the desired track number appears in the
display.
Y Press SEARCH � once briefly to return to the beginning of a
current track.
Y Press SEARCH � more than once briefly for a previous track.
Finding a passage within a track
1.Press and hold down SEARCH�or a.
Y The CD is played at high speed and low volume.
2.When you recognize the passage you want release the
SEARCH control.
