Step 3: Setting languageSetting the Audio, Subtitle and Disc
preferencemenu language
You can select your own preferred
language settings.This DVD system will
automatically switch to the language for
you whenever you load a disc. If the
language selected is not available on the
disc, the discOs default language will be
used instead. The OSD language in the
system menu, will remain once selected.
Setting the OSD Language
1Stop playback (if any) and press SYSTEM
MENU.
2Press 4 3 to select �Preference PageO.
3Enter its submenu by pressing OK.
4Press 3 4 to highlight the following in the
Preference Page.
��AudioO (discOs soundtrack)
� �SubtitleO (discOs subtitles)
� �Disc MenuO (discOs menu)
1Stop playback and press SYSTEM
5Enter its submenu by pressing 2.
MENU.6Select a language and press OK.
2Press 4 3 to select �General SetupO page.
7Repeat steps 3~6 for other settings.
3Enter its submenu by pressing OK.
4Use the 1 2 3 4 keys on the RemoteTo remove the menu
Control to navigate in the menu.Press SYSTEM MENU.
Move to �OSD LanguageO and press 2.
If you choose OTHERS in Audio,
5Select a language and press OK.Subtitle or Disc Menu,
1Press 3 4 to highlight �OthersO.
To remove the menu
Press SYSTEM MENU.2Press OK and when you are asked to
enter a language code (see �Language
CodeO at the end of this user manual).
3Input a language code by using the
numeric keypad (0-9).
4Press OK to confirm.
