Preparation for recordingTo select another track during recording
1Press�A to interrupt recording.
1Press TAPE to select tape deck 2.
2Pressà or ë to select the desired track.
2Load a recordable tape into tape deck 2 with full
spool to the left.3Press�A again to resume recording.
3Prepare the source to be recorded.To stop recording
CD load the disc(s). Press �.
TUNER tune to the desired radio station.
TAPE load the prerecorded tape into tape� Recording and disc playback will stop
simultaneously.

Dubbing tapes
When recording is in progress
1Press TAPE to select tape mode.
�REC starts flashing.2Load the prerecorded tape in tape deck 1.

1Press CD 1/2/3 to select the disc.
Press à or ë to select the desired track to
start recording.
You can programme the tracks in the order you
want them to be recorded (refer to CD/MP3-
CD Operations - Programming the disc tracks).
2Press RECORD to start recording.
� The disc will start playback automatically.
