Essential for popping the top open and cleaning and replacing what needs repalced. One note: the Ornamental Panel is attached with some adhesive as well as screws and faders so don't be shy about prying it open.

You can change the way in which normal video (aspect ratio 4:3) enlarg(1*/,6+es to wide
1RWHvideo (16:9). Select wide modes to suit the kind of video you are viewing, such as news

Press the SP.SEL or V.SEL button for 2 sec. or more.
The video and audio will be switched at the same
time each time that the SELECTOR button is
pressed.
If you press the SP.SEL or V.SEL button when
audio and video are switched with the SELECTOR
button, [SELECTOR] appears in red on the screen,
indicating that the audio and video can be switched
simultaneously using the SELECTOR button.

Press the WIDE/MENU button. Each time you press the button, the wide mode is
switched in the following sequence:

? The menu screen always appears in FULL mode (Refer to page 9).
? When video is viewed in a wide mode that does not match its original aspect ratio, it may
appear differently.
? Remember that using the wide mode feature of this system for commercial or public viewing
purposes may constitute an infringement on the author's rights protected by the Copyright
Law.
The volume of the built-in speaker can be
adjusted in a range of 0 to 30. (The volume
level will be displayed for about 4 seconds.)
