USING KEY OPERATOR PROGRAMS

When a received fax cannot be printed because the machine is out of appropriate paper and a fax is
subsequently received that can be printed, this setting determines whether the subsequent fax is printed
before the fax that cannot be printed. The setting is initially turned on (the subsequent fax is printed first).
Follow steps 1 through 4 of the initial procedure. (See page 143)

Press the or key to select "RCV. FUNCTION" and then press the OK

Press the or key to select "EARLIER OUTPUT" and then press

the OK key.
The setting is turned on and a checkmark appears in the checkbox in the message
screen.
If this procedure is performed when the setting is turned on, the checkmark is cleared
and the setting turns off.
Anti Junk Fax
This setting is used to block reception of faxes from specified fax numbers. The setting is initially turned
off (reception from all numbers is allowed).
Follow steps 1 through 4 of the initial procedure. (See page 143)

This setting is used to store numbers from which you not wish to receive faxes.
