TROUBLESHOOTING
Before calling for repair, check the symptoms below for possible remedies, since the problem may
not be a malfunction of the unit.

an odor. However, the density of ozone generated is very little

decomposes quickly so it does not accumulate in the room.
The unit does not operate even? Is the unit installed in a location that is difficult for the sensors
when smoking cigarettesto detect cigarette smoke?
? Are the odor or dust sensor openings blocked or clogged?

The filter lamp is lit even after? After replacing filters, connect the power plug to a wall outlet,
replacing filters.and press the filter reset button on the main unit or on the
remote control. (Refer to E-14)
The cluster ion lamp or the? Is DISPLAY OFF mode selected?
CLEAN-SIGN lamp does not? Press the DISPLAY ON/OFF button on the remote control.
