EXTERNAL IN (8 channel direct input)Muting
To mute the sound temporarily, press the MUTING button.
If the source is connected to EXTERNAL IN jacks, press thePress the MUTING button again to restore the sound. If you
change the volume during the muting, the muting will be
EXTERNAL IN button. OEXT IN� appears on the display, andcancelled.
up to 8 discrete analog signals can be heard from speakers.
< While muting is engaged, OMUTE� blinks on the display.
Press the EXTERNAL IN button again (or select any other
source by turning the FUNCTION knob) to cancel the
EXTERNAL IN function.
Cinema EqualizerDimmer
You can dim or turn off the front panelOs display by pressing
the DIMMER button: The Cinema Equalizer compensates for edgy or shrill movie
sound tracks.
