This manual is for both the EU and Australian version of the CCD-TR55(E) Camcorder, as stated it includes both the users manual and the service manual. The quality of the manual is very good but it is only black and white (not full colour) and ultimately it is just a scan, so 4/5 from me.

Talk about a lifesaver!!!!!!!!!!!! This schematic will also work for the Radio Shack DX-392. This is the full blown service manual complete with alignment instructions, schematics, and parts lists.

OSD Language Setting
This unit supports seven user selectable languages.
1Press the SETUP, then SETUP screen will appear.
2Use theb,5buttons to select the "General" and
press the t or ENTER.
3Use theb,5buttons to select the "General Set"
and press the t or ENTER.
General Set menu will be displayed.
DIRECTIONENTER
SETUP1. Select OSD Language menu by pressing the bb, 55
buttons.
2. Press the t button repeatedly to select desired OSD
Language.
OSD Language will be changes as follow ;
English - Francais - Espanol - Italiano -Dutch -
Slovensko - Deutsch

Notes:
Default language is set with English.
When the unit is reset the OSD language setting will
be reset.
