HOW TO OPERATE THE REFRIGERATOR COMPARTMENT
To adjust the temperature, follow the instructions in the
accompanying chart.
To switch off the refrigerator compartment:
? Turn the knob (1) to Off.
? Pull the light switch (8) if you wish to leave the door open.
How to use the refrigerator compartment
Position the food as shown in the figure.
A Cooked food
B Fish, meat
C Fruit and vegetables
D Bottles
E Butter
F Dairy products, cheese
Notes:
? the space between the shelves and the rear wall of the
refrigerator compartment must be unobstructed to allow
circulation of air.
? Do not place food in direct contact with the rear wall of the
refrigerator compartment.
? Do not place hot food in the refrigerator or freezer.
? Store liquids in closed containers.
? Storing vegetables with a high water content can result in
condensation in the crisper drawer: this will not affect the correct
operation of the appliance.
HOW TO OPERATE THE FREEZER COMPARTMENT
? Turn the temperature selector (4) to the position shown on
the product description sheet.
? The red LED (9) remains lit (for about 1 hour), until the critical
alarm temperature is reached. The red LED lights up when:
- The appliance is connected to the power supply for the first
time;
- the door of the freezer is open too long;
- the quantity of food loaded into the freezer exceeds that
indicated on the data plate;
- the freezer compartment temperature is too high.
? The green LED (7) lights up when the freezer compartment
is operating.
After switching on, the freezer compartment takes
approximately 3 hours to reach a suitable temperature for
frozen food storage.

To switch off the freezer compartment (and the refrigerator
compartment in the models with 1 compressor):
Turn the knob (4) to Off.
