TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
If a fault occurs, before contacting our After-Sales Service, make the following
checks to try and remedy the problem.
Restart the wash programme to see if the Crockery still dirty after washing:
fault repeats: Have you selected the correct programme?
Press the On/Off button or push and pull the Have you used the correct amount of
program knob to restart the programme.detergent?
If the malfunction persists, switch off the Filters clogged or incorrectly assembled?
appliance and turn off the water tap. Call Spray aour rms blocked or nozzles clogged?
After-Sales Service. Salt container cap screwed down?
The appliance will not switch on:(Not applicable for Australia).
Crockery loaded correctly? (the water jets
Power plug properly inserted in the mains
socket?must spray the entire surface of all items).
Power failure?Spotted crockery:
Have you switched the dishwasher on? Salt container empty?
Have you pressed the Start button?(Not applicable for Australia).
Tap turned on? If not: Insufficient detergent?
Turn on the water tap.Spotted glasses and cutlery:
Make sure the water hose filter is not Too much rinse aid? (Adjust the rinse aid
clogged.regulator to a lower setting).
To do this, turn off the water tap, disconnect
Crockery not dry, calcium stains:
the water hose, clean the filter, recon Innect sufficient amount of rinse-aid?
the water hose to the tap and turn on the(Adjus tap.t the rinse-aid on a higher setting).
Filters clogged?
Crockery loaded upside down?
When loading large items in particular, make
sure the water circulates and does not collect
inside them.
Door closed properly?
