ATTACHING THE FAT FILTER (fig. 1)
When cooking meat preparations in the oven, in order to prevent
excessive fat and fumes from reaching and depositing onto the
fan blades, it is necessary that the special fat filter, which is
delivered as a standard accessory to the oven, be attached as
shown in the figure.
At the end of the cooking operation, this filter shall then be
removed, carefully washed and cleaned.
TEMPERATURE LIMITING DEVICE
The limiting device can be reset by removing the control panel
and push little button if it intervenes; this operation must be
carried out by professionally qualified personnel after removing
the cause.
SWITCHING OFF (fig. 5)
Turn the appliance control knobs anticlockwise on "0" position.
Switch off the circuit breaker on the power supply line to the
appliance or take the plug off the socket.
MAINTENANCE
Disconnect the power supply before carrying out any
maintenance operations.
To replace the lamp that illuminates the chamber:
? unscrew the protective glass;
? replace it with an equivalent one of 25 W 240 V 300°C.
Daily, when the appliance is cold clean the stainless steel
surfaces with lukewarm soapy water: never use detergents
containing abrasive substances; then rinse them again and again
with fresh water and wipe them thoroughly.
The porcelain-enamelled steel panel located on the oven bottom
to collect spillages shall be taken out by pulling it outwards. It shall
then be carefully cleaned and put back in the oven.
Strictly avoid using spray cleaning products on the fan and the
thermostat probe inside the oven cavity.
When cleaning stainless steel surfaces under no circumstances
should wool, brushes or scraping implement of common steel be
used for ferrous particles can deposit on the stainless steel
surfaces causing, by their oxidation rust spots. Stainless steel
wool may be also used but it is necessary to rub the surfaces
always on the direction of the stainless steel finish.
Should the appliance not be used for long periods, rub all the
stainless steel surfaces with a cloth soaked in vaseline oil to
spread a protective film; periodically air the premises.
Have the appliance totally checked (at least once a year). It is
recommended to draw up a maintenance contract.
CAUTION
Do not wash the appliance with direct or high pressure water
jets since possible leakings on the electric components
might prejudice the regular working of the machine as well as
the safety devices.
