Connecting the parallel interface cable
1. Obtain an IEEE1284 shielded parallel interface cable.?To completely shut off the power, first turn off the power
using the "POWER" button. Then unplug the power cord.
2. Ensure that your computer and unit are turned off.
3. Insert the cable into the parallel interface connector lHoowcat ted on to deal wheith error messages during the initial

The unit automatically turns off the power when 60 minutes past after
