Care and Maintenance
Before performing any maintenance operation, disconnect the
hood from the electricity.
The hood has a metal grease filter.Metal
To clean the filter, proceed as follows:grease filter
Open the grill by turning knob A (fig. 2).

Pull the two plastic stops B as shown by the arrows (fig. 5) and
remove the metal filter.

You should take out the metal filter every four weeks and wash it
either in the dishwashing machine or by hand.
Clean the internal housing only with warm washing-up water ?
do not use any harsh cleaners, brushes, or abrasive.
Soak metal filter cassette for about one hour in hot water with a grease-Hand-washing
loosening cleaner, then rinse off thoroughly with hot water. Repeat the
process if necessary. Re-fit the cassette when it is dry.
Place metal filter cassette in dishwasher. Select most powerful washingDishwashing
program and highest temperature, at least 65° C. Repeat the process.machine
Re-fit the cassette when it is dry.
When washing the metal grease filter in the dishwasher a slight discoloration
of the filter can occur.
