(4) Front Frame Removal
Attach the optional Stand with 4 screws
(a), then stand it vertically. Remove the 4
screws (p) and remove the Front Frame.
Be careful, before removing the Front
Frame, that PSC1(PH-5P), PSC2(PH-P)

& PSC3(PH-4P) connectors are not
trapped by the Main Frame.
Also be careful that the Front Frame does
not fall down when removing the 4
screws (p).

Remove ESC1, ESC2 & ESC3, cables
from the wire clips.
Remove the 23 screws (q), and
remove the Filter hold Metal and Front
Filter.

When attaching the new Front Filter,Screw(q)
remove the protection film on the side
FrontFilter
(see yellow tag), then attach it to the
Front Frame locating the conducting
electrode side to the inside, and
replacing the Filter hold Metal.

(6) Fan Removal
Lay down the Plasma display on a soft
cushion (see (1) above).Fan hold MetalJ106 connector
Be careful not to damage the face of
the Plasma Panel Module.
Remove the 4 screws (a) and remove
the Stand.
Remove the 2 screws (o), disconnect
J106(EH-6P) connector and remove
the Fan hold Metal.
Then remove the 2 plastic rivets (r)
and disconnect the PAFN* connector.
