Y You cannot pause recording during High-Speed
CD-MD Synchro Recording.You can make an analogue recording of a tape
Y If the play mode is set to the Repeat or Shuffle Play,on an MD.

Recording:2Load a tape you want to record.
NThe Auto Cut Function
NThe recording level specified in the Setup menu3Press SYNCHRO MODE repeatedly until
OTAPE-MD SYNC � appears.
4Press ENTER/START.
Press START flashes.
The MD deck stands by for recording and
the tape deck pauses for play.
Tape playback side
N appears for the top side, and n for the
bottom side. To play the side not indicated,
press x and remove the cassette to reverse
the tape side, then perform steps 3 and 4
again.
5Press PLAY MODE/DIRECTION
repeatedly until g appears to play one
side or h (or j) to play both sides.
6Press ENTER/START while OPress
START � flashes.
Recording starts.
When the recording is completed, the tape
deck and the MD deck stop automatically.
To stop recording
Press x.
Note
If the MD becomes full during recording, the tape
deck and the MD deck stop automatically.
