The diagnostics of the DVA-P1100 are performed when
the DEC-104 board and the ENC-49 board are installed inPreparation

When the frequency is outside the specifications,
adjust the RV201 (B-1) on the ENC-49 board so that
the frequency satisfies the specifications.
